Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are made to order and usually take 3-5 business days to process after you receive the order confirmation email. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
On occasion, if we need your approval or confirmation for personalization, we will contact you before printing. Processing begins after you give your final confirmation.
Processing may take longer during holidays. Any holiday delays will be posted on the website.
Order changes after it's placed:
If your item has not been printed, we may be able to change your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the order status.
Once an order has been printed, we cannot make changes because each item is made to order.
If you bought Worry-Free Delivery, Seel will email you a confirmation. You have 24 hours to cancel the Worry-Free plan yourself. After 24 hours, Worry-Free Delivery is nonrefundable unless you cancel the entire order. If the order has shipped, Worry-Free Delivery is not refundable.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping Destinations:
Currently, we ship to the contiential United States, Alaska and Hawaii only.
We plan to offer international shipping in the future and will announce it on the website.
Order Tracking:
After your order ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use that tracking number to check delivery status with the carrier.
Delays:
We always strived for timely delivery but we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, carrier service issues or holiday periods.
Worry-Free Delivery:
Worry-Free Delivery is an optional add-on that protects against lost, stolen or damaged packages for an extra fee. For more information, you can visit Seel.com or contact them support@seel.com.
If you purchased it, Seel handles claims and resolution for covered issues (damage, loss and theft per their terms). You have 14 days from date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 10 and 30 days after placing the order.
Initiate the request through the Seel Resolution Center using your email and order number found on the confirmation email
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, you are responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you bought Worry-Free Delivery, Seel may cover eligible lost or stolen claims per their terms.
Damaged Items During Transit:
Damaged items are those that are shattered, broken, crushed or unusable. Cosmetic dents and scratches or natural variations and imperfections from 3D printing are not considered damage.
Report damaged items as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. If you bought Worry-Free Delivery, Seel may cover eligible damaged claims per their terms.
