RETURNS FOR CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.
STANDARD RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS):
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for non-custom items.
Items must be in the same condition as you received them (unused or unworn) and include your order number and receipt.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
Please contact us to request a return.
If approved, we will email a return shipping label and instructions.
Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
DAMAGES AND WRONG ITEMS:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged items are shattered, broken, unusable or crushed. Cosmetic dents and scratches are not considered damage. Normal variation and imperfections from 3D printing are not considered damage.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
WORRY-FREE DELIVERY (SEEL):
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery, Seel handles claims for damage, loss and theft according to its terms.
Please report theft or damage to Seel within 14 days of delivery
Please report a loss for domestic orders between 10 and 30 days after your shipping confirmation email was sent.
Start a claim through the Seel Resolution Center using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
